'roo just released the band
schedule. I haven't looked it over closely yet, but Alice Cooper is playing a midnight set, I can't think of a better slot. It is right after the Chili Peppers too, sweet. Let me know in the comments what you think of the schedule.
Hey Leo,
ReplyDeleteSo glad to see you're still serving up your Bonnaroo wisdom. I've been there 3 times (my first year camping with you and the inforoo campsite in '06!) and still find your info useful.
Schedule is rockin', however I noticed that they're opening the campgrounds at 7pm on Wednesday this year. Is this a new change? Do you think it would be wise to arrive early Wednesday to avoid long traffic lines?
Also, your 'what to bring' list was always a lifesaver, however the posted link doesn't work. Think you could post a fresh one?
Cheers,
Reema
Hey Reema!
DeleteGood to hear from you! Are you camping w/ Inforoo again this year? Yeah, they are opening the campsites on Wed, a lot of the usual crew are going to head in then, I'm still going to roll in Thurs morn. Honestly, I think that the lines might be longer on Wed than on Thurs, but who knows. The "what to bring" link went to an outside site that seems to be gone, I'll try to repost the lists locally on my site but the Wayback Machine has copies for now, I'll try to post a link to that as a new blog post.
I'm actually driving in from Cali this year, so we'll likely be camping in the boondocks. If we get close enough, maybe we'll hoof it out to the Inforoo site. I'll look for your flag ;) Thanks for fixing the link!
DeleteLove this blog! It's been so helpful. My friends and I are taking an RV, any suggestions/insight?
ReplyDeleteGlad to be a help. I've never taken an RV to 'roo but I know there is a TON of RV info posted on the Inforoo forums, the link is on the page somewhere on the right.
